Claude is a corporate recovery and restructuring specialist, with over 10 years’ experience.
Claude initially trained at a leading Australian national accounting firm. This was followed by an invaluable experience at some of the UK’s leading restructuring firms, later returning to Melbourne where he sharpened his skills. Claude then founded Charles & Co. in early 2013.
Claude has worked on assignments for a multitude of stakeholders including banks, company directors, business owners and creditors. During these assignments, Claude has gained a reputation for taking ownership of the situation, his professional empathy and practical approach.
Claude has extensive experience in all forms of company insolvency and restructuring assignments from small family owned businesses to large organisations across a range of industries.
